不时要摸摸兜里的手机振了没?但拿出来看又发现并没振过，这是不是患上了强迫症?这种误解是源于大脑错误诠释轻微的肌肉痉挛。别担心，这不是幻听或幻觉，而是一种文明病，心理学将它称之为信号发觉(signal detection theory)，也可以称之为幻觉振动综合症(phantom vibration syndrome)。

Phantom vibration syndrome isnt really harmful -- in the study of college students, more than 90 percent said they considered phantom vibrations to be only a little or not at all bothersome.

But some believe its a warning sign that too much technology may be hazardous to human interaction.
