【微观解析】that后面是一个宾语从句，主干为bandoning the doctrine and making the move brings rewards.

记住：两个动名词短语或者不定式短语或者从句作主语，动词依然使用单数式；brings是动词第三人称单数加S。of juggling your life, 修饰doctrine alternative； into downshifting 修饰move
