1、口语学习的关键是模仿

模仿是学习英语主要方法之一，模仿的原则：一要大声模仿。这一点很重要，模仿时要大大方方，清清楚楚，一板一眼，口形要到位。最好找一些标准的美语音带来跟读。

刚开始模仿时，速度要慢些，以便把音发到位，待把音发准了以后，再加快速度。直到能用正常语速把句子轻松他说出来，脱口而出。

2、选择合适的教材

根据自己的水平，可以选择新概念第二或第三册，也可以到图书馆借一套有书和磁带的小故事集。

注意：一定要有书，故事篇幅不能太长，生词量要小，过于简单没有关系。另外，最好倾向于使用故事，而不是对话或新闻听力材料。

3、进行跟读训练

放磁带，看着书，搞明白每一个单词的意思，理解整个故事情节。然后，放一句，暂停，学着人家读一句，然后，放下一句，暂停，再学一句，继续。

跟读过程中要注意的几点：

(1)一定要尽力模仿发音和语调，越像越好。

(2)开始时速度可以比较慢，要逐步使自己跟上人家的速度。

(3)中间可以回倒重放，但倾向于让大家完成一小段后再回去重来。

4、同步阅读

当对文章发音、语调完全掌握之后，就要在放录音的同时同步跟读。争取让自己的声音与他完全重合。注意语调和语音。如果中间有结巴的地方也不要紧，继续读下去，然后再回来重读。

5、复述文章

选择一篇难度适中，不要太长的英语文章来看，反复看几遍，争取记住里面的内容。然后把文章反过来，用自己的话进行复述(注意是述说，不是背诵)。

遇到卡壳的地方就翻过文章再看看，对比一下原文怎么描述...如此反复，直到整个文章都能够述说完。

总结：学口语最好的办法，不是做习题，不是背诵，也不是看语法书，而是反复高声朗读课文。当你熟练朗读几十篇课文后，很多常用句子会不自觉地脱口而出，所谓的用外语思维阶段就会悄然而至。
